About Reflexology

Reflexology is a non-invasive relaxing complementary therapy that may enhance your physical and mental state; boost your immune system, help to relieve tension and may also give you energy and increase concentration levels.   It can also be used to help restore and maintain the body’s own healthy balance.
Benefits of Reflexology
Reflexology does not claim to cure, diagnose or prescribe, but is believed to be effective for a wide range of conditions including…...

Back pain
Migraine
Sleep disorders
Digestive disorders
Stress-related conditions.

The method of reflexology has been used for several thousands of years and is known to have been practised in a similar manner by the Chinese and the Egyptians to promote good health.
Stress-related conditions - It is estimated that up to 75% of all illness is stress-related.  Approximately 360 million working days are lost annually in the UK at a cost of £8 billion and half of these absences are “stress related”.
Employers in the UK are now beginning to offer reflexology to their staff as regular treatments not only to help reduce stress but also to speed recovery from illnesses and reduce sickness and absenteeism.
The positive effect on employees not only helps to boost morale but show they are being treated with respect and a caring attitude.
